Shake well. Apply generously, about a nickel-sized amount for face and neck, as the last step of your morning routine and 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, and right after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Limit sun exposure, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and wear protective clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. Cleanse at the end of the day to remove it.
