Assurion Labs wants everyone to be able to browse, learn, and shop on our site, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains our accessibility goal, what we do to work toward it, and how to ask for help.
Our commitment
Our goal is for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is a goal, not a promise that every page meets it today. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we may fall short in places. When we find an issue, we work to fix it.
What we do
We design and review the site with these practices in mind:
- Structure. Pages use a logical heading order and clearly marked regions, so screen reader users can move through the content.
- Keyboard use. Menus, forms, the cart, and other controls are designed to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and color. We choose text and background colors with enough contrast, and pages are designed to stay readable when you zoom in or use a small screen.
- Images. Product and content images have descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms. Form fields have labels for screen readers, most also show a visible label, and error messages are written out in text.
- Motion. Animation is kept subtle, and we respect the reduced-motion setting on your device.
- Touch targets. Buttons and links are sized to be easy to tap.
Known limitations
We are still working on some areas. Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, such as the payment form at checkout, embedded customer review tools, and social media links, so we cannot always control how accessible they are. Newly added content, older images, or downloadable files may also be missing descriptions or labels for a time.
We will update this section as we identify and fix specific issues.
Contact us for help or to report a barrier
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or you need information in another way, please tell us through our contact form. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the device, browser, or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply to most messages within 1–2 business days, and we will work with you to find a solution, such as helping you place an order or finding the information you need.
Ongoing work
We review pages and new features for accessibility as we add them, and we welcome your feedback. This statement was last updated on the date shown at the top of this page.
